Planning permanent lighting

On your call we'll talk through four things:

1. Where the lights go. Usually the roofline and eaves facing the street, sometimes the lanai or a second story.
2. Colors and patterns. Warm white for everyday, plus the holidays and teams you care about.
3. How you control it. Timers so it comes on at dusk, and an easy way to switch scenes.
4. Your HOA. Many communities review exterior changes, so check your rules first. We can share details for your request.

Permanent lighting can be added on its own or alongside landscape and pool cage lighting, so the whole house works together.
