Facade and architectural up-lighting
Up-lighting grazes light up the face of the house, so stone, stucco and columns show their texture after dark. Most homes need a handful of well-placed fixtures, not dozens.

Prefer something bolder? Color up-lights on palms or the facade can change for holidays and game days.
Palms, oaks and garden lighting
Dramatic up-lighting for trees, plants and landscape features creates depth and turns the yard into a nighttime picture. Palms get one or two lights grazing the trunk into the fronds. Big oaks can be lit from the ground or from fixtures in the canopy for a soft, moonlight-like glow.
“We opted to go with them because we really liked how solid the lights felt, their knowledge of the products, the follow up service they provide and warranty on the lights themself.”

Pathway, step and walkway lighting
Path and step lights make walkways and stairs safer and add a finished look. We space them so the path reads clearly without looking like a runway.

Driveway and garage lighting
A lit driveway and garage improve safety and security while keeping a clean, concealed look from the street. In-ground lights along the edge of the drive are a favorite on long Florida driveways.

Landscape lighting questions
What should I light first?
Start with the front of the house: the facade, entry, the best one or two trees and the walkway. That's what you and your neighbors see every night. Backyard, pool and dock can be added as separate zones later.
Can you light palm trees and live oaks?
Yes. Palms look best with one or two up-lights grazing the trunk into the fronds. Big oaks can be lit from below or with fixtures mounted up in the canopy that cast a soft, moonlight-like glow on the ground.
Will path lights make my yard look like a runway?
Not if they're spaced and aimed well. We stagger fixtures and keep them low and warm so the path is easy to follow without a line of bright dots.
Do you light driveways and garages?
Yes. A well-lit driveway and garage add safety and security while keeping a clean, concealed look for curb appeal.
