What we'll ask about

Michael's call is short and practical. He wants to understand your home and what you're hoping for, so he can tell you what's possible and what it would take.

1. What you'd like to light. The front of the house, trees and palms, paths and driveway, the pool cage and lanai, the dock, or holiday lighting.
2. How you use the yard at night. Do you sit on the lanai, walk to the dock, entertain, or mostly see the house from the street?
3. Anything wrong with the yard. Standing water, soggy spots or sprinkler problems are worth fixing before lights go in, and our crew handles those too.
4. Timing. Many homeowners light the front first and add the backyard or dock later.

Most lighting systems start around $4,000, and we build packages to fit every customer's budget, so every estimate is put together for your home. Photos help but aren't required. If you have pictures of the front of the house, the backyard or the dock, have them handy.
